Terms and ConditionsThe contents of this website including images, text, logos, software and source code are the property of Comfy Catch (UK) Ltd and are protected by United Kingdom and International intellectual property laws, including copyright laws.
Whilst every effort has been made to describe and display items as accurately as possible, variations in size, colour or appearance may occur. We reserve the right to withdraw any items from this website at any time.
All orders made via the website are subject to acceptance by Comfy Catch (UK) Ltd.
In accordance with The Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000, all customers of Comfy Catch (UK) Ltd have the right to cancel any order. Written notice must be received by us within seven working days from the day after that on which the goods were received. Any customer who wishes to cancel an order should notify us as soon as possible. Where goods have been dispatched, all products should be returned unused and in their original packaging together with customer contact details and the original order number. Once all goods have been received by us, w e will be happy to provide you with a full refund, minus our delivery charges.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Comfy Catch (UK) Ltd’s maximum liability to you, arising by reason
of or in connection with, the supply of the Products to you, shall be limited to the amount paid by you in
respect of the Products in question ("Payment Amount"). Comfy Catch (UK) Ltd shall not in any event be liable
to you for:
(i) Any direct loss in excess of the payment amount; or
(ii) Any loss of profits, business or anticipated savings or loss of or corruption to data or any other
indirect loss or consequential loss whatsoever even if it has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these terms & conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of Comfy Catch (UK) Ltd for death or personal injury due to its negligence or for its fraud.
Whilst every effort will be made to meet your requirements Comfy Catch shall not be liable for any breach of obligation resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control; including, but not limited to, fires, strikes (of its own or other employees) insurrection or riots, embargoes, wars, compliance with laws or regulations, delays in transportation, inability to obtain supplies, acts of God, acts of civil or military authority (an 'Event of Force Majeure').
These Terms and Conditions and all transactions entered into with Comfy Catch (UK) Ltd shall be governed by English Law.
