n For
every name you provide us with, up to a maximum of 6 per month, we will credit
your account with £1.00.
This will take the form of an electronic voucher, for which clear
instructions will be provided. This
is subject to your friend (relative, colleague or acquaintance) validating their
referral when prompted to do so. The
voucher will be sent by e-mail approximately 48 hours after validation has been
received.
n All
individuals referred to us (friends, relatives, colleagues, and acquaintances)
must be aged18 years or older.
n Only one
voucher may be used per Comfy Catch bib purchase*
n There is
no cash alternative to the voucher.
n For every
name you provide us with (up to a maximum of 6 per month), we will enter your
name and e-mail address into our prize draw to win £100 of ASDA vouchers.
This is subject to your friend (relative, colleague or acquaintance)
validating their referral when prompted to do so.
Your entry will be made approximately 48 hours after validation has been
received.
n The dates
of the prize draw are 28th March 2008; 27th June 2008; 26th September 2008; and
19th December 2008. Each prize draw
will close at 5.00pm on the working day prior to each draw date.
Entries made after that time will automatically be entered into the
following prize draw.
n The prize
winner will be drawn at random from all entries received.
The winner will be notified by e-mail within a week of the prize draw
date.
n No cash
alternative will be available in place of the ASDA vouchers.
n We may
request to use your details to promote the prize draw and Comfy Catch.
However, we will seek your authorisation to do so in advance and you are
not obliged to agree.
n No
purchase is necessary.
