Whether you wish to enquire about a stock availability or need advice on how to shop at Comfy Catch, we will be happy to help. We can answer any queries by phone Mon-Fri 9am-4pm, or alternatively we will answer your email within 3 working days.

Delivery

Delivery Schedule - We aim to dispatch any orders received Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) to Friday within 3 working days via Royal Mail First Class Delivery.

Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched by the following Wednesday. We do try to ensure that we have a good stock of all products but from time to time some goods sell faster than we can anticipate. If the item you order is out of stock we will do our best to get it for you as soon as possible. If the delivery date is expected to be longer than one week, we will contact you and give you an estimated delivery date, or give you the option to cancel your order.

Overseas Orders Welcome

For destinations outside the UK, Comfy Catch uses ‘International Signed For’, this service provides a track and trace facility.

Orders sent to destinations outside the UK but within Western Europe will take up to 5 working days to deliver and incur an additional carriage charge of £4.25 Orders sent to Eastern Europe and the rest of the world will take 7-10 working days to deliver and incur an additional carriage charge of £5.25 Once your overseas order has been dispatched we will email a tracking number to you. On the day of delivery this can be used to verify the delivery via the Royal Mail website: www.royalmail.com

Order Confirmation

When you have successfully placed your order, you'll be sent an email with your order details.

Postage and Packing

Your order will be dispatched speedily by the Post Office or our courier service. This amount will be added to your Order Total before you submit your credit card number.

‘No Quibble’ Guarantee and Return

Comfy Catch wants all its customers to be totally satisfied with their goods. Should you be dissatisfied, for whatever reason with any purchase, please ensure that it is returned to us within 14 days, in its original condition. (Plastic bag excluded). Please complete the refunds and exchanges form on the back of the Dispatch Note supplied with your delivery. We will then send you a replacement or refund your card. Credit card refunds can only be credited to the original card that the goods were bought with. We are unable to refund carriage cost.

We manufacture to a very high standard so we are very confident that the product will live up to your highest expectations. However, should any product develop a fault within 1 year of delivery we will happily refund the product, alternatively we can arrange to have the goods replaced.

We recommend you obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged on return to us.

Please email us at info@comfycatch.com prior to the return of the faulty goods for an authorisation code. This enables us to check stocks for similar faults; so that these may be rectified to ensure that it doesn't happen again. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Remittance Terms

We use Paypal to carry out your purchase transaction securely. We also accept cheques, which must be cleared prior to the dispatch of your goods.

VAT

Please note that baby’s bibs are exempt from VAT and are therefore shown as zero VAT
